The Pods are being built by Cambridge City Council to create hundreds of affordable one bedroom houses.[/paragraph][paragraph extra=””]The pod is smaller than the average one-bedroom apartment but layout makes it easy for mobility, however the size prevents multiple people moving into the one pod.[/paragraph][paragraph extra=””]The scheme is part of the Hill Foundation’s 200 initiative, which means that there is no costs to the authorities or homelessness providers that take them on.[/paragraph][paragraph extra=””]We like the Hill Foundation believe in initiative approaches like this.[/paragraph]
